Unsubscribe & Opt Out

We make it simple to manage your communication preferences. Use the options below to opt out of any or all marketing communications from SurveyQueen and NetFusion Media, Inc.

We honor all opt-out requests. Once processed, we will remove you from the applicable list within 10 business days. You may receive one or two additional messages while your request is being processed.

How to Opt Out

Marketing Emails

Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. Or send an email with the subject line “Email Unsubscribe” and include the address you want removed: info [at] netfusionmedia [dot] com

Text Messages (SMS)

Reply STOP to any text message from us. Or email with your mobile number and subject line “SMS Opt-Out”: info [at] netfusionmedia [dot] com

Phone Calls

Email with your phone number and subject line “Call Opt-Out”. We will add your number to our internal do-not-call list: info [at] netfusionmedia [dot] com

All Communications — Global Opt-Out

Email with the subject line “Global Opt-Out” including your name, email address, and phone number: info [at] netfusionmedia [dot] com. We will remove you from all lists.

California Residents — Do Not Sell or Share

If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under CCPA/CPRA, please visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Third-Party Partners

If you were matched with third-party offer partners through our quiz, those companies may have their own communication lists. SurveyQueen cannot unsubscribe you from communications sent directly by third parties. Please contact them using the unsubscribe instructions in their messages.
