SurveyQueen is an independent matching platform operated by NetFusion Media, Inc., a performance marketing company. We are not a lender, financial advisor, survey panel, debt relief provider, or financial institution. We connect users with third-party offers and opportunities through affiliate marketing arrangements. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you use SurveyQueen, you provide the following information across the quiz steps:

• Step 1 — Goal selection: Your primary goal (e.g., earn with surveys, extra income, reduce debt, financial help)
• Step 2 — Profile questions: Employment status, approximate monthly income, current debt level, whether you receive government or financial assistance, and what you are primarily looking for
• Step 3 — Contact information: First name, last name, email address, ZIP code, and gender. State is automatically derived from ZIP code.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain technical information including:

• Session identifiers (randomly generated, stored in your browser)
• URL parameters including traffic source, affiliate identifiers, and click IDs
• Browser type and device information (user agent, truncated)
• Page views and funnel step interactions via Google Analytics 4
• IP address — collected by our server-side fraud detection system (IP Velocity) to prevent fraudulent submissions, and by Google Analytics and our hosting provider

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser sessionStorage and localStorage to temporarily store your quiz answers, session ID, and tracking parameters during your visit. We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure site usage. GA4 consent is defaulted to denied until you interact with the funnel, consistent with GDPR and CCPA best practices. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

• Matching: To analyze your quiz responses and match you with relevant third-party opportunities based on your profile
• Lead delivery: To share your contact information with marketing partners who may contact you about matched opportunities, pursuant to the consent you provide at time of submission
• Analytics: To measure funnel performance, understand user behavior, and improve matching accuracy
• Compliance: To maintain records of consent, opt-out requests, and legal obligations
• Fraud prevention: To detect and prevent bot activity, fake submissions, and fraudulent traffic via IP velocity checks and bot detection
• Business operations: To manage affiliate relationships and report performance to traffic partners

How We Share Your Information

Marketing Partners

We share your name, email, ZIP code, and quiz responses with third-party marketing partners whose offers match your profile. Marketing partners may contact you in accordance with the consent you provide at the time of submission and their applicable privacy policies and terms. Each partner’s use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

Affiliate Networks and Traffic Partners

We share aggregated and anonymized performance data (clicks, leads, conversions) with traffic partners for reporting and optimization. We do not share personally identifiable information with traffic partners except where required for attribution.

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate our business including Google Analytics, WP Engine (hosting), and our tracking platform. These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Opting out of our email communications does not automatically opt you out of communications from partners who have already received your information — please contact those partners directly.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Children’s Privacy

SurveyQueen is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

Our platform contains links to third-party websites and offers. Once you click through to a third-party site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of SurveyQueen after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
